Bill graduated in 1982 from the University of Georgia with a BSA in Agricultural Economics. Bill went to work out of college with the Farmers Home Administration from 1982 to 1983. In 1983 Bill began work with Leon Farmer and Company as Sales Manager and Executive Vice-President of Sales. Bill left there in 2000, obtained his Georgia Real Estate License and began work with The Simpson Company; a Gainesville based commercial real estate company. In 2004 Bill joined our team here at Southern Heritage Land Company, Inc., working out of the Gainesville office. Bill is a member of the Hall County Board of Realtors, Georgia Boards of Realtors and the National Boards of Realtors. He’s also a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) where he was elected as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) member in 2007. Bill is licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina and Alabama. Bill attends the First Methodist Church of Gainesville. Bill also coaches youth soccer through the Hall County YMCA.
