Ronald Gailey The latest realtor to join the Southern Heritage Land Company team is Ronald Gailey, one of North Georgia's respected professionals. With almost 45 years of business experience in the Northeast Georgia marketplace, he offers not only a seasoned ability to help clients achieve their objectives, he also has a broad knowledge of the Real Estate market throughout the state and has witnessed many fluctuations in the market. He has demonstrated a consistent talent for negotiating favorable deals throughout them all. From business owner in the late 1970s, to management in the automotive aftermarket throughout the 1980's and 90's, Ronald then followed his desire to become a licensed agent in 2000, then later was licensed as broker in Georgia real estate. During the five years spanning 2010 - 2015 he was Vice President in charge of the REO portfolio for one of the Southeast's fastest growing banks with the following 9 years leading up to today actively building relationships and serving Real Estate Sellers and Buyers in the region. Ronald’s main priorities are God, his wife Debbie, their 4 adult children, their spouses and 10 awesome grandchildren. He travels regularly to Ghana, West Africa with family and friends hoping to assist and support with well drilling in remote villages as well as helping provide areas of support for children in those villages.
